My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite not being ready by 3 pm, offered a superb view of the harbor once we settled in, though they felt cluttered rather than spacious. The service was a bit hit and miss, from struggling to verify my colleagues' reservations to receiving a sweet greeting card with a treat outside our room but being given the wrong room initially. The location, while perfect for accessing downtown and with friendly staff, had some cleanliness issues that need addressing. The dining experience, though convenient with a simple breakfast drop-off, lacked variety. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
